NiyuCare (“NiyuCare”, “we”, “us”, or “our”) is a Canadian home-care and cleaning services brand fully owned and operated by QuickPlan Scheduling Systems Inc., a British Columbia–based corporation.

This Privacy Policy explains how NiyuCare collects, uses, stores, discloses, and safeguards personal information in accordance with the Personal Information Protection and Electronic Documents Act (PIPEDA) and applicable provincial privacy laws.

NiyuCare uses a secure internal technology environment referred to as the NiyuCare Platform to manage scheduling, client information, worker assignments, service delivery, time-tracking, communication, billing, and operational records. The NiyuCare Platform is fully operated under QuickPlan Scheduling Systems Inc.

The NiyuCare Platform is the internal system used to manage client information, worker schedules, operational records, and service delivery. It is developed and maintained by QuickPlan Scheduling Systems Inc.

  • Hosted on secure Canadian cloud infrastructure (Azure Canada Central/East)
  • Data encrypted using AES-256-GCM encryption at rest
  • Data encrypted in transit using TLS 1.2+
  • Role-based access controls enforced for staff and administrators
  • Tenant-level logical separation of data for privacy and security
  • Use of secure, versioned, auditable database models
  • Automated backup and recovery mechanisms

7.2 Security Safeguards

  • Strict device and password protection requirements for staff
  • Access logged, monitored, and regularly reviewed
  • Multi-layered firewall and identity protection systems
  • Security patches applied promptly based on severity
  • Internal staff confidentiality and security training
  • Physical safeguards for any printed or offline materials

While no platform can guarantee absolute security, NiyuCare implements industry-standard controls aligned with PIPEDA’s “appropriate safeguards” requirements.

8. Limiting Use, Disclosure & Retention
